Boise State head coach Bryan Harsin begins his second season at the helm facing off against former colleague and longtime Broncos coach Chris Petersen.

Petersen’s return to Boise State, now as head coach of Washington, promises some emotional reaction. Bryan Harsin talks the relationships coaches develop with players and the inherent challenges of taking a new job once those relationships are forged. He also talks the Broncos keeping their emotions balanced for Petersen’s return.

Longtime Georgia Bulldogs offensive coordinator Mike Bobo is taking on a new role in 2015, as head coach of the Colorado State Rams. Bobo is getting adjusted to the differences between being an assistant and a head coach, as well as the infrastructure differences at a Mountain West program as opposed to the SEC.

Bobo inherits a Colorado State program coming off a 10-win season and its first Top 25 ranking since 2003. Before the 11-year drought, rankings were a common thing for the Rams. Bobo understands the foundation on which he has to build, and the program’s potential for greatness.
